Hunting (Click Images Below to find Gary's Favs)

The Gary Finch Outdoors television show presents hunting as a family affair. There have been many episodes that focus on respect, tradition, and the family, as the core of hunting in the south. Every show is built with a message concerning education, conservation, and the most important of all, safety.

Gary Finch Outdoors has featured fathers with their sons and daughters, and husbands with their wives. There is a variety of large and small game sought during the course of a hunting season.

Wing shooters get plenty of action during trips to the dove field, quail preserves or the green timber duck holes of Arkansas and Louisiana.

Dog fans get to see some of the most beautifully trained animals in the field. Pointers, Labradors, Beagles, and Feist squirrel dogs are the major stars featured in the small game shows.

Large game hunting in the Southeast means whitetail deer and Gary Finch Outdoors covers the season from the early days of October bow-hunting to the final days of the January gun season. The winter months also bring opportunities to experience the excitement and dangers of wild hog hunting.

The final big game event is spring turkey season. Follow Gary through Alabama.
